What is addiction E-coaching?
In today’s world most everyone is affected by addiction in one
way or another. Whether it is a co-worker, friend, relative, or
ourselves, we all have seen the painful consequences that
addiction inflicts on the lives of individuals and families.
Unfortunately many do not seek help for their addictions due
to shame, guilt, embarrassment or
other feelings that leave them feeling
helpless and trapped. Addictions can
take on many forms including
compulsive overeating, pornography,
alcohol, drugs, or problem gambling
just to name a few. While many
understand they have a problem in one
or more of these areas, they still don’t
know what they can do to stop their dependence. Initially,
